eKosherStore™.com LLC, the creator of eKosherStoreFinder™, is committed to honoring the privacy of businesses listed in eKosherStoreFinder™ database, our partners and visitors. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Our listing registration form requires store/restaurant representatives to give information that we then offer on our website to visitors searching for kosher product sources over the internet. This information includes but is not limited to location, inventory details, business hours etc. We collect this information through the on-line registration form or application that businesses may download from our webpage or receive from us by mail.

Some questions on the registration form may require store/restaurant representatives to provide business information, such as a year when business was established, number of kosher items in the inventory, type of product, etc. Most of these questions can be: a) marked as 'private' so it will not be posted as part of this profile; (b) skipped (left blank). Only basic questions such as business name, address, hours of operation, etc., are required to be answered as mentioned in the instructions to the applications.
Periodically, we use information provided on the registration forms to send out updates about new services and promotional material provided by us and our partners.

Contact information provided by businesses applying for free listing under 'Approved' or 'Certified' may be used by us to: (a) contact the store/restaurant to request valid proof of certification/approval and (b) contact certifying agency listed in the application to confirm the fact of approval. We may periodically check with stores/restaurants to see if business continues being certified/approved as 'kosher' by local kashrus authority and/or continues selling kosher product as part of its inventory (that is the main condition for being listed).

Each member is automatically enrolled in our mailing/emailing list that we may use to mail/email offers from us and our partners. Other than what is mentioned above, we will not send you unsolicited information, commercial offers, and advertisements.

Member has right to cancel membership and request deletion of the listing at any time by contacting eKosherStoreFinder.com. Request must be emailed or mailed to us and state that member wants to cancel current membership and be removed from the list of store/restaurant information on our Web site. We will respect their ownership of the information and desist from listing their business on our Web site.
